Thanks to Christine for providing us with practical, real-life-applicable tips and strategies to be present. Christine made everything feel accessible, which is what I needed. I have used them frequently since then! And I shared them with my husband and kids. I hope to join another class!

Karissa

I loved the mix of awareness and compassion meditation and the mindfulness tools. Also, it was a perfect blend of teaching and practice.

The gift of learning the pause of three breaths will be my daily focus as I start my days. Thank you for this simple and timely practice.

Meet your teacher

Christine is a warm, engaging, and lighthearted teacher that is passionate about sharing mindfulness practices for real life – where it matters most.

She trained with renowned teachers Mark Coleman and Martin Aylward and is certified through The Mindfulness Training Institute (MTI) and the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA; in progress).

Christine started practicing mindfulness as a parent of three young children at the suggestion of her Ayurvedic doctor, who recommended meditation for restlessness, including sleeplessness. After six weeks of consistent practice, she slept soundly through the night – and noticed other benefits from her practice, including less reactivity with her children and more calm.

Now, with a deepened practice, more experience, training with world-renowned teachers, and the realization of the many benefits of mindfulness, she has the privilege of sharing the practice with other moms, parents, and caregivers. Christine continues to practice daily through formal meditation and in the broader field of life – where parenting three adolescent boys provides boundless opportunity for her continued learning and growth.
